Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of termlo.site (the "Site"), operated by Termlo ("Termlo", "we", "us"), and to requests for access to the Termlo platform made through it. By using the Site you agree to them.
1. About the Site and the platform
The Site describes Termlo, a school management product for private schools in Nigeria, and lets you ask for early access or contact us. The platform itself is offered to schools under a separate written agreement or order. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for platform use.
2. Early access
Requesting early access does not create a customer relationship or guarantee a place in any pilot. We choose pilot schools at our discretion, and features, scope and timing may change as the product is developed.
3. Interactive demo
The demo on the Site uses fictional sample data to illustrate how the product is designed to work. It is not customer data, does not store or transmit what you enter, and is not a commitment that any particular feature is available in a given release.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information in forms and keep it up to date.
- Only submit personal information about others if you are entitled to.
- Do not submit pupil, guardian or other sensitive records through the Site's forms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, disrupt or overload it, use automated tools to scrape it or submit forms in bulk, introduce malware, or use it for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logo, software and the Termlo name belong to Termlo or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy or reuse its content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve our products without obligation to you.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information on it is general and may change. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, educational or professional advice. Descriptions of planned capabilities are not commitments.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Termlo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the Site or these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
13. Contact
